I have sent the final documents off to the Secretary of State for Texas to have the last 30 notaries apostilled. Should have them back next week. The we will be able to start send documents to the Ukraine. Still on target for mid to late March travel time.
I prayed and advocated for this little sweetie so much and now you and my husband will be traveling around the same time to get our children!! I am also a native Texan (Houston) and am excited for Josephine to have a great family!! I look forward to following your progress.
